Smoke detectors are provided.<\/li>\n<li>Frying, gourmet cooking, and raclette are not allowed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>If these rules are not respected, we will be forced to permanently retain the deposit.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Upon Arrival<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Check the property for any defects or shortages.<\/li>\n<li>Report important issues within 24 hours. Later complaints will no longer be considered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Upon Departure<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Leave the property clean.<\/li>\n<li>Thoroughly vacuum.<\/li>\n<li>Wash the dishes, empty the dishwasher, and put everything back in the designated cupboards.<\/li>\n<li>Empty all trash bins in the property and dispose of sorted waste in the park&#8217;s bins.<\/li>\n<li>Leave the refrigerator, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, and stove clean.<\/li>\n<li>Clean the shower, toilet, and kitchen.<\/li>\n<li>Clean the BBQ after use.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Failure to comply will result in additional cleaning costs that will be deducted from the deposit.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Consumption<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Normal consumption of gas and electricity is included in the price (60\u20ac per week).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Excessive consumption will be deducted from the deposit.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Rental Contract<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Read the full regulations in the rental contract.<\/li>\n<li>Each tenant must inhabit the house as a good father and respect the house rules.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our House Rules General Pets on demand.
