Payment
- A deposit of 30% upon booking is payable immediately by bank transfer.
- Balance + deposit of €400: 8 weeks before arrival by bank transfer.
- If less than 8 weeks before arrival: full amount + deposit of €400 to be paid immediately by bank transfer.
Cancellation
- More than 8 weeks before arrival, the tenant loses the deposit.
- Less than 8 weeks before arrival, 50% of the rental amount will be refunded.
- Less than 4 weeks before arrival, 25% of the rental amount will be refunded.
- Less than 2 weeks before arrival, the full rental amount remains due.
