Our House Rules

General

  • No are pets allowed
  • Smoking indoors is prohibited. Smoke detectors are provided.
  • Frying, gourmet cooking, and raclette are not allowed.

Upon Arrival

  • Check the property for any defects or shortages.
  • Report important issues within 24 hours. Later complaints will no longer be considered.

Upon Departure

  • Leave the property clean.
  • Thoroughly vacuum.
  • Wash the dishes, empty the dishwasher, and put everything back in the designated cupboards.
  • Empty all trash bins in the property and dispose of sorted waste in the park’s bins.
  • Leave the refrigerator, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, and stove clean.
  • Clean the shower, toilet, and kitchen.
  • Clean the BBQ after use.

Failure to comply will result in additional cleaning costs.

Consumption

  • Normal consumption of gas and electricity is included in the price (60€ per week).
  • Excessive consumption will be deducted from the deposit.

Rental Contract

  • Read the full regulations in the rental contract.
  • Each tenant must inhabit the house as a good father and respect the house rules.
